Please note that custom-configured cables and specialized high-end components may be subject to specific restocking terms.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your headphones and all original accessories in their initial premium packaging to prevent any cosmetic or mechanical damage during transit.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a trackable, insured carrier to our quality control facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the integrity of the hardware, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
